Day 1 — "Who Are You?"
Monday · Reel · Low effort
Film a 30–60 second Reel. Answer this: Who are you, and what would people never guess about you?
Not your business — YOU. One take. Don’t re-record more than once. The point is to press publish, not to be perfect.

Don’t know where to start? Tell your favorite AI: "I'm a [what you do]. I need to introduce myself in a 30-second Reel. Give me 3 options to pick from." Then pick one and film it.
Day 2 — "Tell Your Story"
Tuesday · Carousel · High effort
Create a carousel (aim for 5–10 slides). Tell a story: your origin story, a lesson you learned, or a transformation you went through.
Slide 1 = the hook. Something that makes people stop scrolling. Last slide = the takeaway. What should someone walk away knowing?
This is the format with the highest engagement rate on Instagram. Every slide earns you more time with your audience.

Don’t know where to start? Tell your favorite AI: "I'm a [what you do]. Help me outline a 7-slide carousel about [my story / a lesson I learned]. Give me a hook for slide 1 and a takeaway for the last slide."
Day 3 — "AMA Day"
Wednesday · Stories · Low effort
Post a Story with the question sticker: "Ask me anything about ____" (your niche, your journey, your Coreli page — whatever feels right).
Answer at least 2 responses in follow-up Stories throughout the day.
The trick: the questions people ask you today are your content ideas for next week. Pay attention.

Day 4 — "Hook Challenge"
Thursday · Reel · High effort
Film a 60–90 second Reel teaching ONE thing you know well. Your first line has to be a hook. Pick one:
→ "Nobody tells you this about ____"
→ "I tried this and here’s what happened"
→ "Stop doing ____, do this instead"
Viewers decide in 1–3 seconds whether to keep watching. A strong hook changes everything about how your content performs. One take rule still applies.

Don’t know what to teach? Tell your favorite AI: "I'm a [what you do]. Give me 5 things I could teach in 60 seconds that would surprise people."
Day 5 — "Screenshot + Poll"
Friday · Stories · Low effort
Look at your profile. You’ve posted 4 times this week. It’s looking good.
Take a screenshot of your Coreli page. Post it to your Stories. Add a poll sticker: "Have you visited my page yet? Yes / Not yet."
That’s it. Under 2 minutes. Every poll tap trains the algorithm to show your Stories first. And you’re driving traffic to your page at the exact moment your profile looks its best.

Day 6 — "Go Long"
Saturday · Reel or Carousel · High effort
This is your biggest piece of the week. Pick your format:
→ Film a 2–3 minute Reel going deep on something you care about
→ Create a 10+ slide carousel breaking down a topic
→ Write a 300+ word caption on a photo or carousel
Instagram is pushing long-form content hard right now. This is your chance to show range.

Don’t know what to go deep on? Tell your favorite AI: "I'm a [what you do]. What’s a topic I could spend 2–3 minutes talking about that my audience would find valuable? Give me 3 options."
Day 7 — "Drive a Result"
Sunday · Any format · Low effort
Your last challenge: create a post that drives someone to take action. Not just like it — actually DO something. Visit your link, answer your poll, reply to your question, save it, DM it to a friend.
Pick one lever:
→ Curiosity — tease something they have to click to find out
→ Urgency — give them a reason to act now
→ Emotion — make them feel something strong enough to move
The best content doesn’t just get watched. It gets acted on.

Miss a day? Still complete. Just don’t miss two.
Research says people who use a "never miss twice" rule stick with habits 37% longer than people using traditional streaks. We built this challenge to be completable, not punishing.
